Though you've probably caught up with daylight savings time by now, it's entirely possible you missed out on National Napping Day (Monday, April 3). However, there's still plenty of time to pack in some quality napping. All of April is "Napportnity" month at participating Four Points by Sheraton hotels. If you're looking for a little extra R&R in the nap-o-sphere, the Napportunity package gets you a special weekend rate, free breakfast, 4 p.m. checkout, and a NapSack. That sack holds a sleep mask, sleep balm, a helpful tome entitled The Art of Napping, a "Nap in Progress" doorhanger, and of course, a teddy bear. You also get a pad full of prepared nap excuses in order to fend off would-be nap-nappers. As it says in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Nappers, "Begin to plan your next nap as you awaken from this nap."

Set just off the infamous hairpin turn of the Florida's Sebring International Raceway, the new Four Points Sheraton Sebring, Château Élan provides an otherwise peaceful retreat for race fans, biz folk, and leisure travelers. Granted, you likely won't get a lot of afternoon napping done during the race track's 12-hour endurance race in mid-March, but then, if you're in Sebring that weekend, you're almost certainly there for the race anyway. Rooms are cheerfully modern, and they include free WiFi net access as well as patios or balconies. In addition to the hotel's casual restaurant and lounge, there's also a spa offering the usual menu of facials, body treatments, and health routines. There's a state park and two golf courses within a few miles, and Sebring is about 75 miles from all the theme park action outside Orlando.
