Adrenaline junkies will enjoy an assortment of airborne thrills in Central Florida. For a heart-pounding hang gliding experience, head to Wallaby Ranch in Davenport. While strapped into a tandem glider with an instructor, you will be tugged into the air by a small airplane and released at 2,000 feet. Then you may leisurely glide, maneuver and enjoy the scenery. A tandem flight with an instructor costs about $120.

Or, experience the excitement of skydiving without taking to the skies. For about $45, you can enjoy an hour of indoor skydiving at SkyVenture Orlando. After slipping into your flight suit, you may enjoy heart-pumping leaps and falls while suspended midair in a wind tunnel.

Not an adrenaline junkie? No problem. For a more relaxing experience, enjoy a hot air balloon ride from Orange Blossom Balloons. Rides for adults start at $175 and offer a unique view of Orlando's theme parks. At the end of each action-packed day, look forward to comfortable and spacious accommodations at Sheraton Vistana Resort or Sheraton Vistana Villages in Orlando, Florida.

This summer, Central Florida's theme parks are unleashing an array of new thrills that promise to entertain and delight. Fans of "The Simpsons" animated TV show will want to head to Universal Studios® Florida to check out The Simpsons RideTM, a roller coaster simulator. Tag along with Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie at Krustyland, Krusty the Clown's fictitious theme park. The ride commences with a safety short featuring Itchy and Scratchy. But things go awry when Sideshow Bob takes over Krustyland to wreak havoc on the cartoon family. Expect heart-pumping action, including what the park calls "the first 360-degree barrel role ever attempted in a simulator."

Or, head to Walt Disney World® for Toy Story Mania!, the new 3-D ride modeled after the "Toy Story" movies.
