In its 12th year, the Rainforest World Music Festival will take to the stage again this July 10th - 12th at the picturesque Sarawak Cultural Village in Kuching, Malaysia.
Visitors to the festival will be able to join jamming sessions and workshops by day whilst evening concerts run to midnight each night on the centre stage at the foot of the legendary Mount Santubong, providing a real rain forest as the backdrop. Featuring acts such as the roots music of Chile's Inti-Illimani, the Asian fusion of AkashA and the French gypsy rock of France's Poum Tchak, performers from around the world will be on show this year. Advance tickets are available for RM90/day (US$27) or RM250 (US$75) for three days access to the venue.
For uncomplicated comfort at the Rainforest World Music Festival, Four Points by Sheraton, Kuching is offering their Rain Forest Festival Package from just RM320++/night including transfers to/from the venue. Enjoy Best Brew in the hotel's lounge at the end of the day!
