• Bob Sykes BarB-Q hickory smokes pork picnic roasts because the bone adds flavor to the meat.
• Full Moon Bar-B-Que makes up for on flavor what it lacks in ambiance.
• Big Daddy's Bar-B-Q is worth the drive to suburban Warrior, according to the Birmingham News' Best Ribs contest.
