This nighttime cultural theme park might have a cheezy name, but it knows how to put on a show like no other you'll experience in Phuket. An enormous stage in the Palace of the Elephants Theater is the setting for a spectacular revue that mixes ancient Thai cultural traditions such as dances, shadow puppets, and elaborate costumes with modern stagecraft techniques, like smoke machines and lasers. Subtle it's not, especially with a cast of elephants, water buffalo, and birds counted among the actors, but it's a show that you'll likely remember for years to come. In addition to the show, Phuket FantaSea has a recreation of a typical Thai village, the Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant, and the new Similan Entertainment Center, which features some pretty crazy undersea-themed arcade games.
